Nola Amsterdam is based in The Netherlands, Amsterdam. We ship all orders from our warehouse in The Netherlands. We offer free shipping to almost all countries worldwide on orders over €50. Your order will be prepared for you immediately after receiving the payment. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Not completely satisfied with your order? And would you like to return your order for a refund? No worries! We have an easy return policy. Just email us at with your order number and reason for returning & we will contact you via e-mail with the return address and further details. 

You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return items if the item is undamaged and unworn.

Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

Do I need to pay for the return?
Yes, the customer is responsible for the return costs.
