Nola Amsterdam is based in The Netherlands, Amsterdam. However Nola Amsterdam makes you enjoy free world wide shipping. We offer free shipping to almost all countries worldwide. Your order will be prepared for you after receiving the payment. Nola Amsterdam uses a new skool shipping method, which means that we ship directly from our supplier to you. It takes our manufacturer 1-3 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. The shipping time can take 1 – 2 weeks, sometimes faster, sometimes slower depending on country of destination, customs time and your local post courier who will deliver your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS

Not satisfied? That’s OK. We have easy return terms!
You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. Also, an article bought on sale can not be exchanged or returned. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn. The delivery note must be enclosed.

Step 1. Make a note with your name, order number and reason for returning.

Step 3. Send an email to info@nola-amsterdam.com with the receipt of the return + which jewelry have been returned.

As soon as we receive your email or return, we will make sure to handle your request. 

Do I need to pay for the return?
We have free returns with Paypal. Didn’t pay with Paypal? Then are you responsible for the return costs.

OUR REFUND POLICY
If you have purchased anything on Nola Amsterdam, but:

  • didn’t receive the right products, or
  • didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund from us.

However we can’t give you full refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Your order didn’t arrived due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
  2. Your order didn’t arrived due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Nola Amsterdam (for example not cleared by customs, or natural disasters).
  3. Your order has been placed within a sale. In this case you can still change your order amount for other products.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All prices used by Nola Amsterdam are in euros and are inclusive of VAT (21%). Nola Amsterdam is entitled to adjust all prices for its products or services, shown on its website. The price of your order or the product is estimated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Europe. This means that the total sum may differ from the sum indicated on our website due to the differences in currency rates of the acquirer bank and the issuing bank. The total amount in your currency will be visible at the end of the checkout.
