You can always email us at info@nola-amsterdam.com. We are happy to help you with all your questions about the jewelry, your order, shipping and returns and any other questions. Expect a response within 24-48 hours from our representatives. Our representatives are available Monday-Friday.
Can I return my order? And how can I make a return?
Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! We have an easy return policy. Go to our Return page, print and fill out the form and include it in your return package.
You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated for every order at the check-out.
Free shipping on EU orders above €50.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
In case your order hasn’t been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not possible to change or cancel your order.
I have made an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
Yes, all sale items can be returned. If you want to return items you bought during a deal, please make sure you send all the products back if you want a full refund. Do you want to keep one or more items? No worries. Please note that your order amount will be recalculated with the products you want to keep.
