Can I return my order? And how can I make a return?
Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! We have an easy return policy. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your ordernumber, item(s) to return and reason for returning & we will set up a return for you. Any returning-costs are customers own responsibility.
You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged and unworn.
What are the shipping costs?
Shippingcosts are calculated for every order at the check-out.
Free shipping for all European orders above €50.
Free shipping for all Intercontinental orders above €100.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
In case your order hasn’t been processed yet, it is possible to change or cancel your order. However, from the moment your order has been processed it is not possible to change or cancel your order.
I have made an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
All orders made during sale are final and are therefore not possible to be returned.
